  • We accept cash, credit or debit as forms of payment. We do not accept Cash app, Venmo or Zelle. We do charge a credit card transaction fee to process all payments. To avoid additional fees, cash would be the preferred method of payment.

  • Our online scheduling availability shows 45 days at a time. If you are deposit ready, booking your next appointment during your salon visit is an option to secure your next date.

  • Absolutely! We are a TEAM. Our goal is to take care of our shared clientele as a whole. Be at peace knowing that you can receive quality service no matter which chair you sit in so you don’t have to outsource options.

  • As long as you are not in our late cancellation window (please refer to our policies), you will be able to cancel your appointment online. Your deposit will not be automatically refunded. It will save to your account and can be used as a credit for your next appointment. If you would like a refund, please call or text our salon number 615-393-0634

  • Rescheduling the DAY BEFORE or DAY OF your appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit. Please refer to our cancellation policy for clarity.

  • We recommend loc maintenance every 4-5 weeks for loc newbies and 5-8 weeks for mature locs. As a preventative measure, we do not accept frequent appointments such as every 2-3 weeks because this could potentially harm your locs.

  • We recommend wearing a shower cap while showering to prevent frizz, Sleeping with a satin bonnet or scarf every night to prevent lint and dryness, oiling your scalp bi-weekly with our Loc Lova oil blends, and hydrating with our Rosemary & Mint Hair Mist daily.

  • Unless you are providing a percription shampoo, we do not allow outside products in our salon. We use high quality, professional grade products we are confident you will love. Please alert your stylist if you have any allergies so we can cater to your needs.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer partial services.

  • We do not offer or go as small as sisterlocks or offer re-tightening services on sisterlocks. However we do provide microlocs services with select staff.

  • Yes, Some of our stylists service children 7 and up. Please reach out to us to find the best stylist match for you little one. Our pricing stays the same for children because the service is equivalent
