Late Policy
Please plan ahead and prepare to be timely. We truly value and respect our clients time as well as our time. In order to stay on schedule and not inconvenience others, we have a strict 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are between 16 and 25 minutes late, you will be charged an additional $20 late fee to your appointment. Any arrival time after 25 min, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancellation the DAY BEFORE or DAY OF your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit. If you cancel within one hour of your scheduled appointment, you will be liable to pay for the full service. Remaining balance must be paid before rescheduling or returning to our salon. As long as you are not in our late cancellation window, you will be able to cancel your appointment online. Your deposit will NOT be automatically refunded. It will save to your Personal Account Profile and be used toward your next appointment. If you would prefer a refund, please call or text our salon number 615-393-0634.
No Call or No Show
Not calling or showing up for your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiting your deposit and owing the remaining balance of your scheduled service. Remaining balance must be paid before rescheduling or returning to our salon and you will be added to our block list until balance is paid.
Loc Color
We do NOT offer loc coloring services for first time clients. Our primary focus is maintaining your hair's health and integrity before, during and after the coloring process. To become eligible for these specialized services, you must book three consecutive loc maintenance appointments. These appointments should be scheduled within 4-8 weeks of each other, ensuring consistent care for your locs. Remember, keeping up this routine after color services is essential. Failure to do so may affect your ability to receive color treatments in the future.
No Kids
We have a strict No Kid policy. If you bring your children to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited/lost and you may be subject to pay for the full service before you are able to reschedule with us. Unfortunately, small children in the salon environment is a big distraction and doesn’t allow us to stay on task, and also disrupts other guests present.
